Plan with the Content Calendar

Turn opportunities into a four-week publishing plan and adjust the schedule without losing manual decisions.

The Content Calendar turns research opportunities into a practical schedule. Automatic planning keeps the next four weeks filled according to the strategy you choose, while manual changes remain under your control.

Choose a planning strategy

The first plan uses three choices:

1. Goal

  • Balanced growth: alternates SEO and GEO. This is the recommended default.
  • Search traffic first: plans roughly two SEO articles for each GEO article.
  • AI answers first: plans roughly two GEO articles for each SEO article.

2. Publishing pace

  • Conservative: 3 articles per week.
  • Moderate: 7 articles per week and the recommended default.
  • Aggressive: 14 articles per week.
  • Custom: choose a different weekly pace.

Choose a pace your team can review and publish consistently. A larger calendar is not automatically a better one.

3. Topic rotation

  • Focused: work through up to three opportunities in one Topic before moving on. This is the recommended default.
  • Broad coverage: take one opportunity from each Topic in every round.
  • Highest priority: plan the highest-scoring opportunities first without rotating Topics.

Confirm the choices to build the four-week calendar. You can change the strategy later.

Adjust the schedule

  • Drag a card to another date, including a date that already has content.
  • Put more than one article on the same day when needed.
  • Switch to List view for a compact schedule and direct date editing.
  • Add an opportunity manually if it is not already scheduled.
  • Open any card to review Article Details or continue to a generated article.

Automatic updates preserve articles you manually add or adjust. This lets you use the plan as a starting point without giving up editorial control.

Understand article status

  • Not generated: the opportunity is planned, but no article exists yet.
  • Generated: a draft is ready to review and edit.
  • Published: the article has completed the publishing step.

If the calendar is empty, return to Opportunities, sync the latest research, and choose the opportunities you want to use.
