Content Planning & Writing

Create, edit, and publish an article

Review Article Details, generate a complete draft, edit it safely, and send it to a connected website.

Each calendar item has Article Details prepared from its original opportunity. Review these details before generation so the draft has a clear reader, purpose, and angle.

Review Article Details

You can edit:

  • Who the article is for.
  • What the article should help the reader understand or do.
  • Article title and content type.
  • Scheduled date and unique angle.
  • Answers to up to three optional expert questions.

The focus keyword or Buyer Prompt stays read-only because it connects the article to its original research evidence. Other repeated choices come from Global Article Settings.

Select Save changes, then Generate article. Surpasso creates the full draft in one run. You can leave the page while generation continues and return from the calendar when it is ready.

Review and edit the draft

The article editor includes:

  • Read and Edit views for focused review or direct changes.
  • A clickable Outline for moving between sections.
  • Editable title, article body, meta title, and meta description.
  • A search-result preview for checking how the title and description fit together.
  • Basic quality information, including length, sources, internal links, external links, and any warnings that still need attention.
  • The writing goal and source list used while preparing the article.

Edits autosave. Check the save indicator before publishing. If a newer version is detected, load the latest version before continuing so one editing session does not overwrite another.

Add and review visuals

If visuals are enabled in Global Article Settings, use Generate visuals after the text is saved. The editor can prepare the cover image and requested article visuals, then place supported items into the article. Review the results and remove an image you do not want.

Because visuals are created from the current saved article, save meaningful text changes before generating or regenerating them.

Send the article to your website

Connect a website integration before publishing. Once the latest edits are saved, the Publishing panel lets you:

  • Create or update a website draft for review in the destination platform.
  • Publish now or update an already published article when the platform supports direct publishing.
  • Open the remote draft or public article after it has been created.

Framer is draft-only: Surpasso prepares the draft, then you review the project and publish from Framer. Other platform-specific behavior is explained in the integration guides.
