About this tool

See the metadata a server exposes before guessing how a page may appear in search or social sharing. The report groups essential search, canonical, heading, social-card, and structured-data signals.

What you get

A clear, usable result

  • Title, meta description, canonical URL, robots directives, and H1 headings.
  • Open Graph and Twitter card title, description, image, type, and card configuration.
  • JSON-LD entity types plus basic completeness and duplication warnings.
How to read the result

Good foundation

Core fields are present and internally coherent. Search engines and social platforms may still rewrite or cache what they display.

Warning

A field exists but may be weak, duplicated, unusually long, or inconsistent with related signals. Review it in page context before editing.

Issue

A high-value field is missing or directly conflicting. Fix the source template, then rerun the live URL rather than checking only local HTML.

Limitations and sources
  • Snippet length is query- and device-dependent; character guidance is diagnostic, not a hard ranking rule.
  • Social platforms cache cards and may not refresh immediately after metadata changes.
  • Client-only metadata added after JavaScript execution may not appear in the server response checked here.
Questions about this tool

Will Google always use my title and description?

No. They are strong inputs, but Google can generate a different title link or snippet when it believes another passage better answers the query.

Should social metadata match SEO metadata?

The core promise should stay consistent, while social fields can use a more visual image and wording suited to sharing. Avoid contradictory claims.
