These operating terms explain how commissions are earned and what responsible promotion looks like. Approved affiliates also agree to the full program terms presented during enrollment.
Commission and duration
The standard commission is 30% of eligible net subscription payments. It continues while the referred customer maintains an active paid subscription and the referral remains valid.
60-day referral window
A visitor must use a valid affiliate link and become an eligible customer within 60 days. Attribution depends on the valid tracking record captured by the affiliate platform.
Eligible net revenue
Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected after discounts. Taxes, refunded amounts, chargebacks, account credits, free plans, and complimentary Credits are excluded.
Pending and adjusted commissions
Commissions may remain pending during the applicable refund and fraud-review period. Full or partial refunds, disputes, cancellations, or invalid transactions can reduce or void commission.
Payout timing
Approved commissions are processed through PayPal on the 15th of each month for the previous month once the payable balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll forward.
Disclosure and accurate claims
Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever required. Do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, revenue, or any outcome Surpasso cannot control.
Prohibited promotion
Self-referrals, spam, impersonation, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, unauthorized coupons, and bidding on Surpasso brand terms without written approval are prohibited.
Review, suspension, and taxes
Surpasso may review traffic and suspend or void fraudulent commission. Affiliates are responsible for accurate payout details, local tax reporting, and compliance with applicable law.
Tracking can be affected when cookies are rejected, links are altered, browsers block storage, or a customer converts on another device. Only referrals recorded in the affiliate dashboard can be credited.

How much commission do I earn?
The standard rate is 30% recurring commission on eligible net subscription payments from customers attributed to you. It continues while the customer remains active and the referral complies with the program rules.
When and how do I get paid?
Eligible balances of at least $50 are processed monthly through PayPal, on the 15th for the previous month. Balances below $50 carry over until the threshold is reached.
How long does referral tracking last?
The referral window is 60 days from a valid tracked visit. The customer must become an eligible referred customer within that window.
What will I receive after approval?
You will receive access to an affiliate dashboard with your unique referral link, recorded referrals, commission statuses, and payout history. Approved messaging and assets will be added separately.
Where can I promote Surpasso?
Relevant websites, newsletters, educational content, YouTube, podcasts, social channels, communities, and client conversations are welcome when the promotion is accurate, permission-based, and clearly disclosed.
Do free trials, refunds, or discounts earn commission?
Free access does not earn commission. Discounts reduce the eligible net amount. Full or partial refunds and chargebacks reduce or void the related commission.
Can I refer myself or run ads on the Surpasso name?
No. Self-referrals and bidding on Surpasso brand terms are not allowed unless Surpasso gives specific written approval.
Do I need to be a Surpasso customer?
No paid subscription is required to apply. You should still understand the product well enough to describe it accurately and answer your audience honestly.
